Luxury 2BR with Balcony | Mayan, Yas Island

Positive: The apartment is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I will definitely return. Negative: Everything is excellent

Positive: Finally apartment with full equipment, also tissues, toilet paper and so on... Direct access to beach, different pools access, spacious rooms with 2 showers. If you need anyhelp they react fast. I use a lot booking and I rarely put reviews but they deserve it. Thank you Negative: Maybe would be nice to have towels for swimming pools (beach give it but not swimming pools staff)

Positive: We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything was perfect – comfortable, clean, and super welcoming. We loved it so much that we'll definitely stop by again next time we're in Abu Dhabi. Negative: That said, we'd recommend upgrading the router to a WiFi 7 model. The 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands are heavily congested from neighbors, causing the WiFi to drop completely in the bedroom. Also, one access card isn't enough for a group of 4 adults – it led to some real inconveniences.
